Tenant from HELL: Smokes week and other drugs in the house. Will refuse to leave, you'll have to go through eviction process - corrupt system. Throwing car parts across street while swearing. Trespassing and jumping over neighboring fences. Tenant screaming about self-harm for 20 min in shared house on multiple occasions. Handing money to stranger in street and taking unknown substance into house. Random suspicious person allowed in house. Endangers persons/property; tenant letting unknown/possibly dangerous person in Found Trash/food/decomposing items, drugs found in room. Endangers neighbors by reckless driving. (Nearly hit neighbor’s child driving ~50 in 25 mph zone). Tenant's girlfriend has yelling/screaming fights with family members in the street.

Property was in ok condition. Landlord never did any preventive maintenance.

Mr. Williams was a good tenant; the only situation I have with Mr. Williams he was late sometimes with the rent payments. I didn't charge any late fee's because I knew he would make his payment later that month before the 10th. I would rent to Fred again, but I would make sure the pate fee was paid

Sandra was a great tenant, and very clean. The only little annoying part she kept complaining about a smell in the unit, which we had, and air test completed to make sure it was not mold or bacteria. The test came back great, however Sandra kept complain. All in All, she was a good tenant, I would lease to Sandra Marvel again

Aleksei, is it very good tenant he pays his rent on time, and he has never been late. He is also a very good guy, him and his family. He also calls me if he has any issues, keeping me informed of any issues. I would absolutely rent to him for as long as he is willing to be a tenant.
