Tenants Review – Our Story
Tenants Review was built to bring fairness and clarity to the rental market. Too often, tenants move into a place without knowing how the landlord manages issues, and landlords rent to tenants without knowing how reliable they are. Our platform changes that by letting both sides share honest feedback through ratings, reviews, and profiles.
For tenants, it means being able to search detailed property listings, contact landlords, and leave reviews about maintenance, communication, and overall experience. For landlords, it means managing property listings with accurate information, reviewing tenants, and connecting with serious renters.
Behind the platform, our admin team works to keep everything secure and reliable. Listings go through an approval process to ensure legitimacy. Reviews are monitored to prevent misuse and keep the feedback honest. User verification helps strengthen trust by confirming profiles with proper documents. Analytics and reporting tools are also in place, so the system runs smoothly for everyone.
We didn't develop TENANTS REVIEW to be like other rental websites. It's a community where information flows both ways, backed by checks that keep it safe, transparent, and useful. We review, and rate tenants, and landlord activities during the term of the lease agreement.

Both tenants and landlords must post only facts that can be backed by solid evidence in their reviews.
For example, if you have a tenant who vandalized your property, please be sure you have police reports and/or pictures to back your claims of this vandalism. Posting reviews of tenants or landlords without viable hard evidence to support the claims can lead to accusations of slander by the party the review refers to. No pictures of minors or of people who haven't consented to their images being shared are permitted. Also, please don't use the names or any other references to minors in your reviews. A parent's poor decisions are not and should not be a burden carried by their children. Please keep language clean and civil. We fully understand the frustration victims face, but foul language, shaming, and false claims are not the answer. Cool heads prevail, and hard evidence speaks for itself! Keep that in mind!
