For example, if you have a tenant who vandalized your property, please be sure you have police reports and/or pictures to back your claims of this vandalism. Posting reviews of tenants or landlords without viable hard evidence to support the claims can lead to accusations of slander by the party the review refers to. No pictures of minors or of people who haven't consented to their images being shared are permitted. Also, please don't use the names or any other references to minors in your reviews.
